Cas opened his eyes. He lay on his back on the grass. He pushed himself up on one hand and stood. He looked around to orient himself, but the place didn’t awaken any memories.
Then he saw her. In the distance. She was waving at him, telling him to come to her. Cas tried to go to her, when he felt a grip on his hand.
He turned his head and saw Dean holding his hand.
“Stay with me, man” Dean begged quietly.
Cas turned his head to see Meg’s silhouette fade away.
“She will come back” Dean promised. “But first bạn have to come back”
Cas turned back to Dean and jerked his hand.
“Cas?” Dean mumbled nervous. He could’ve sworn he’d felt Cas’ hand move. “Cas, can bạn hear me?” He grabbed Cas’ hand. “Pinch my hand if bạn can hear me” He smiled relieved when he felt a soft pinch in his hand.
But his relief didn’t last very long when the monitor changed.
“Cas?”
Dean’s eyes widened when the sheets colored red. He removed them and saw a deep cut coursing over his Cas’ thorax. Blood was running rapidly and Cas’ tim, trái tim beat went slower within seconds.
Dean ran to the door and opened. “Somebody, help!” he shouted.
Doctors and nurses ran inside the room and ordered Dean to wait outside.
“You could’ve saved yourself the trouble, bạn know” Naomi đã đưa ý kiến cold. Dean wasn’t even surprised she was there. “We’ll keep attacking him until he’s eliminated”
“Then I will be here to stop bạn every single time” Dean hissed.
“You don’t get it, do you?” Naomi smirked evil. “I’m not doing anything. I’m just observing and reporting. I don’t have to be here to hurt him”
Dean frowned. “So, what, bạn got some kind of voodoo doll?” he sarcastic.
“Who needs a doll when bạn have a breathing and walking copy”? Naomi replied.

Since there was no way any of them was going to get any sleep, they packed their bags and loaded the Impala. Dean placed himself behind the wheel, Sam sat tiếp theo to him and Meg on the backseat.
“First stop: Pontiac, Illinois” Dean said, as he started the engines and drove ahead. As they drove Dean turned on the radio to break the silence.
Meg stared out of the window. She felt utterly powerless. Had she still been a demon she would’ve just zapped herself to him. But then maybe she wouldn’t have felt this way and she wouldn’t even bother to go find him.
Maybe this was a sign. Maybe she was supposed to let go and go back to her old life.
No!, she reproached herself. You’re not going back to killing for fun. bạn didn’t get this far to throw it all away. You’re going to find Cas and get him back.
“Everything okay, there?” Dean asked.
“Yeah, I’m good” Meg replied with a mischievous smile.
