Evan was back in Denver, in his office at work. He wanted to try to get some work done, but feared that it would be wishful thinking. His thought kept wandering off to Erin.
The door opened and Evan jumped up. His co-worker and best friend Daniel walked into the room. He walked towards the bàn and sunk down.
“How are you?” he asked a little nervous. He turned around in the chair.
“I’m fine, considering” Evan replied vague.
“And Erin? How’s she coping with everything?” Daniel asked. “It’s just that…the guys have been asking and I’m not sure what to tell them”
“Tell them it’s none of their business” Evan replied. Daniel raised his eyebrows. Evan rubbed his eyes and looked up. “Sorry” he mumbled tired. “She’s still suffering from memory loss. She’s staying with her parents for the time being”
Daniel nodded. “You know we can’t just pretend nothing happened, right? I mean, your fiancé is a murderer. hoặc she’s at least accessory”
“She doesn’t remember doing any of those things” Evan pulled up his shoulders.
“Doesn’t change the fact that she did it” Daniel replied sharp.
“She didn’t want to do it” Evan defended Erin. “Novak forced her to. He’s probably the one that kidnapped her and he threatened her, so she had no choice”
“Well, either way, she’s going to need a good attorney when they find her” Daniel assured him.
“No one will find her. The only people who know about her whereabouts are bạn and I. You’re not going to stab a dao, con dao in my back, are you, my friend?” Evan đã đưa ý kiến manipulative.
“No” Daniel sighed. “No, of course not”
“If she needs legal defending, I’ll be right there for her” Evan said.
“You’re emotionally involved. Let me do it” Daniel suggested. “In the meantime, try to keep the press away as far as possible”
After Daphne had called the locksmith her phone rang. She didn’t recognize the number on the screen, but picked up anyway.
“Daphne Allen, speaking” she said.
“Good morning, Mrs. Allen” a female voice said. “I’m sorry to bother bạn this early. Is Mr. Allen around?”
“He’s right tiếp theo to me” Daphne confirmed. “Shall I pass him onto you?”
“That would be very kind” the woman said. “Thank you, ma’am”
Daphne reached Cas the phone who stared at the object as if it was going to eat him.
“I don’t know…” he hesitated.
“Don’t worry, just do what I did” Daphne...

“Why did bạn lie to me?” Cas asked Daphne, in front of all the guests. She gasped and swallowed. “I don’t what you’re talking about” she đã đưa ý kiến nervous.
Andy, one of Daphne and Zoey’s younger cousins, threw his arm around Cas’ shoulder. “Emmanuel, dude, we have to discuss a few things”
He pulled Cas along with him and a few guys of Andy’s age followed them.
“I asked Daphne a question. It was very impolite to take me away before she answered” Cas đã đưa ý kiến a little irritated.
“She did answer, alright? She đã đưa ý kiến she doesn’t know what you’re talking about” Andy replied....

Several cars parked in front of the local snack bar. It was closing day, but there was light shining through the blinds and thus they walked to the entrance. They had all received an email with an invitation for a party, hosted bởi Castiel Novak.
After some hesitation a man opened the door and entered.
“Aaah, bạn came” Cas smiled as he turned around to face the crowd. The people looked around. There were drinks, appetizers, food. It really looked like a party, though they had no idea who this Castiel dude was nor why they were invited.
“Please, make yourselves at home” Cas đã đưa ý kiến casual...

“Can bạn believe this?” Dean exclaimed furious. “That’s what? The third time he lấy trộm, đánh cắp my baby? What is wrong with him?”
He and Sam were walking down the đường phố, street and while Dean kept ranting on about how Cas was abusing his car, Sam remained rather quiet.
“What’s up with you?” Dean asked when he paused his venting for a moment.
“You didn’t go into that basement” Sam đã đưa ý kiến dark.
“Why? What was there?” Dean demanded to know.
“Two men. Dead. One of them tortured and eaten bởi rats” Sam answered. “The other one stabbed to death”
Dean sighed and looked around to make...

Meg had stayed behind in the hospital after Jo had advised her to get a checkup. She wasn’t injured like Cas, but she had still been in ice cold water and she had been in contact with electricity. So, a checkup wouldn’t hurt.
The doctor draw some blood.
“How long have bạn been feeling sick?” he asked.
“Since now, really” Meg answered in full honesty. “One moment I’m feeling fine, the tiếp theo I’m running off to the bathroom, puking my guts out”
“Do bạn get stressed easy?” the doctor asked.

Evening fell and the gang was having dinner. They had agreed to stay in the motel. While Jo and Dean had had their private conversation, Sam and Cas had been looking for takeaway Chinese. It wasn’t what Dean would’ve chosen.
“This tastes weird” he complained.
“That’s because you’re only used to cheeseburgers” Cas đã đưa ý kiến dead serious. “You need to eat thêm different kinds of thực phẩm hoặc you’ll burnout”
They all stared at him.
“I read that in a magazine” Cas said, while his cheeks turned red.
“Well, thanks, doc” Dean đã đưa ý kiến sarcastic. “I’ll try keep it in mind”

Daphne was baking bánh xèo, bánh kếp for Alexia. She shot constant looks at the clock, causing the pancake to burn.
“Damn it” she cursed. She threw the pancake in the garbage can and poured in new dough.
“Aunty Daphne? Where’s mommy?” Alexia asked.
“I don’t know” Daphne đã đưa ý kiến nervous. Zoey had been gone all night and wouldn’t pick up her phone. Daphne wasn’t used to babysitting Alexia for that long and fact was that she wasn’t good at it. It was a good thing Alexia was very independent for her age.
The door opened and Daphne looked up. Zoey appeared in the doorway and she looked...

“It was me” Meg said. Sam had freed her from her prison and now she was going to free Cas of his. She had to promise Sam she wouldn’t try to get out until they were far gone. Because as soon as soon as Cas was out they were going to hit the road an drive as far away as possible.
“I killed Jack and I killed Paul Morgan. Cas has nothing to do with it. I was trying to protect him. Jack was asking too many các câu hỏi and Paul knew too much already. There were people trying to hurt Cas and I tried to give him a low profile. But it didn’t really work out. I don’t want a lawyer. I don’t want a trial. Just give me the maximum penalty and I’ll accept it”
Isabel stared at her, a little puzzled, but also thrilled. She got Jack and Paul’s killer. Now no one would câu hỏi her competence as an inspector again. She cuffed Meg’s hand and brought her to a cell.
He grabbed Daphne’s arm and dragged her to the sitting room. He pushed her down on the ghế, chỗ ngồi and tied her up. He looked around.
“Where do bạn keep your towels?” he asked. He needed something to cover her mouth. Daphne kept her mouth shut and the demon hit her. “Guess, I’ll have to go find them myself”
He walked through the house until he found the kitchen. He opened all drawers and found the towels. He picked out a dark blue one and walked back to the sitting room. He walked behind Daphne and tied the towel around her cheeks.
“Hey, I saw bạn made breakfast. bạn wouldn’t mind,...

Daphne was sitting on her bed, staring at the front page of the newspaper. She had wanted to give Meg the benefit of the doubt, since she knew Cas had a thing for her. But if she was a murderer Daphne had to keep her away from him. And in order to do that…
But how was she going to accomplish that? The security system was very…secure. She looked down. Maybe her bandage could be of use. No, that would be crazy. Although.
She took of her hospital áo sơ mi and pinched her fingers underneath the bandage. Then she unrolled the bandage and cringed when she pulled off the last bit.
She heard a weird...

Daphne’s upper body and arms were taped in with bandage, so she couldn’t di chuyển very well. She opened her eyes and when she saw her wrapped body her breath went faster and irregular. She tried to pull the bandages off, but they were too tight.
The door opened and Cas and Zoey ran towards her.
“No, don’t take it off, Daphne” Zoey said, as she grabbed Daphne’s hands.
“What happened? Why am I here?” she đã đưa ý kiến panicking. Zoey and Cas traded a quick glance. “You don’t remember?” Zoey asked. Daphne shook her head. “You cut yourself, all over your body” Zoey...

As soon as Meg opened the door Cas came rushing in. Meg’s eyes widened and she shut the door. “Hello to you, too” she mumbled and she walked into the living room, where Cas was sitting on the couch. He was staring in front of him. Meg walked towards him and sat down.
“What are bạn doing here?”
Cas didn’t answer. He was trying to keep his breathing under control.
“What happened?” Meg asked. “Is Daphne still angry about me being there? I can go there and tell her what happened”
Cas still didn’t answer.
“I made her unhappy” he eventually said.
“How do bạn mean?” Meg...

Evening came and Cas was all alone in his room. He liked it best that way. He didn’t want anyone’s company, especially not Dean’s. He would only say that Cas is better off without Meg. He would say that Meg had it coming.
Suddenly the latch of the door went down and the door opened. A woman with dark blond hair tight up in a notch entered the room and walked towards the bed. She sunk down and looked down upon Cas.
“You don’t recognize me, do you?” the woman realized as Cas stared at her in wonder. She stood and walked to the door. When she walked outside she bumped into Dean.

“Okay, okay, they’re gone! Will bạn stop being such a whining bitch, now?” the brunette woman scoffed as she jumped of the washing table.
Erin looked up and wiped her tears. She sought support against the vòi hoa sen lining and stood.
“You again! Who are you?” she hissed frustrated. The woman picked up a towel and handed it to her.
“I told you. I’m your friend” she smiled mischievous. Erin jerked the towel out of her hands and wrapped it around her body.
“Friends don’t try to scare their Những người bạn to death” Erin snapped.

“No…yeah, I understand” Dean mumbled disappointed. He hung up and looked up at Sam, who was on his computer.
“No luck?” Sam asked unessential.
“No” Dean replied. “They say they can’t give away that kind of information. Ridiculous”
Sam turned back to his computer when he heard a familiar tune, notifying him he had an email. He opened the email, which contained a video. Sam played the video.
“Dean!” he shouted and Dean jumped up. “Dean, come here. I think I’ve found Cas” Dean hurried to Sam and watched the video. A crowd was standing in front of a hospital. They were...

While Erin tried to get some sleep Evan cleaned the table. Erin clearly had been hungry, but Evan himself didn’t have that much of an appetite. Erin’s return had awoken conflicted emotions inside Evan. He was relieved and happy to have his girl back. But the way she was right now, so distant and cold, wasn’t the way he remembered her. Erin had been full of life, couldn’t stop talking for a một phút and always had a huge smile on her face. Erin had a beautiful smile and Evan hadn’t seen it since she had awoken from her coma.
As he did the dishes someone rang the bell. Evan cursed and...

“Mister Trumble, can bạn tell us what happened with Miss Gregor?” a woman with hạt dẻ brown hair asked. Evan turned to her.
“My fiancée has been through a lot. She will need time to recover” he said. He tried to walk past the crowd, but they blocked him and again several microphones blocked his sight.

Meg opened her eyes and looked around confused. It took her a while to realize she was in the spare room. She got out of giường and walked to the door. When she was outside she room she heard noises from outside her and Cas’ room. She walked to it as in trance and opened it.
Jo was putting clothes in boxes.
“What are bạn doing?” Meg asked slowly.
“Oh” Jo exclaimed surprised and she turned around. “I didn’t hear bạn come in”
“What are bạn doing?” Meg repeated trembling.
“I’m storing Cas’ clothes in boxes. I figured bạn wouldn’t be able to put yourself up to it, so I volunteered”...
