i think she should've fought for it more/harder, but she ended up getting freaking attacked. i think brooke realized that her mom "wouldn't stop at anything" to get the company away from her daughter. i think it was a good choice, but not the right one because brooke should've done some legal stuff? to keep her mom away or something like that

i think she could have fought for it more, but it really wasn't hers anymore. her mother had taken over it since brooke decided to expand it. For brooke it was about the fashion and making something of her own but it kind of got out of hand. She needs a chance to start over and get back to what she wants for herself rather than what her mother sees for the company
