I got mine out of the pound! He needed me!

ive never bought one before but if i was going to get one, i would get one from the pound because they get the least water, the least food, and the least attention. they also get very badly treated.

I got mine from the pound. She is 7 mos old and she played us like a fiddle. Those big, brown eyes. The kisses and jumping in our lap. Now that she is home, she is so rotten (in a cute puppy way) but so darn cute that she gets away with being a bad puppy.
She has taken control of the bed, the couch, basically everything but the chickens and the table (she is trying to take over the table). But she is the funniest, most loving dog. I would not have her any other way.

none. we got Riley from a lady who was too old to take care of him, and she had high hostpital bills. i would go to the pound though! :)

Pet stores are a bad place to get dogs though.... :/
