You are psychotic Buffy has fought against worse then a little mind control. She doesn't only deal with vampires you are so blatenly obvious a Angel fan who has never watched an episode of Buffy. Buffy is a supper strong SLAYER who would kick Cordys ass and Cordy could never control minds she could just talk into other peoples.

Evil Cordy wasn't even real Cordy, it was Jasmine, and I hated Jasmine.
I love the real Cordelia, to death actually, and I definitely prefer her over Buffy.
But Buffy could definitely kill Jasmine. She could kill anything, honestly.

In my opinion, Buffy on her own couldn't defeat evil Cordy but Buffy with the Scoobies including but not limited to wicca-Willow would beat Jasmine/Cordy.
