Novel # 1: Adventure/Mystery

Title: The Secret of 5000

This is one of the three novels that I've come up with an idea for... I have to say that its not really the best idea, which is why I'm talking about it first!! hehe... so I'll just mention a little outline of the story and if anyone wants to know anything else about this particular story feel free to ask!! though, i have to say, i cannot reveal everything... no spoilers for anyone!!!

Outline: The story takes place in a small town that has a population of 5000 and the secret of the town is that no matter what happens, the population always remains 5000 people. If ten people move out of the town (4990), within a week exactly ten people move in (5000). For years no one is really suspicious about this tiny fact until one day in the town's college/university, 5 teenagers - 3 girls, 2 boys are indirectly made to realize that there is something which is the cause for the town population staying at 5000 people and the answer to this secret lies inside their college somewhere hidden. So its up to these 5 teens to get to the bottom of this mystery and they set out to find out if their town is under a spell and how to break it... if they can.

Novel # 2: Fantasy

Title: Elementals (Temporary)

Since this is the novel genre that most of you would like to read about, I thought I'd write about this one next, but there's not a lot to go on... I haven't come up with a proper structured plot yet, so if anyone has any idea's feel free to share!! I'll tell you a little about it though...

Outline: The story focuses on Elementals, 4 main characters - 2 boys and 2 girls who have the power of each element. Earth, Air, Water and Fire. Along with this they also have the ability to transform into a mythical fantasy creature which represents their elements... the story is going to take place in a parallel world (like narnia or alagaesia from eragon) and umm... basically there might be a school which trains the elementals to control their powers and how to channel it in the right way (kinda sounds like x-men i know)

There is one idea that I have, that these 4 main characters are given a quest. In the olden days, there used to be a large part of elementals who possessed all 4 elemental powers by themselves, they were probably known as the Elders (random name i just came up with :p) and they were more powerful than the people who had the ability of only one element each to themselves... but the big bad evil king/sorcerer/evil guy like Voldemort or Darth Vader or the Ice Queen from Narnia destroyed/killed all of these Elders.

But, during that big battle between the Elders and this big bad guy, one young baby girl managed to escape with some help and she is the last of the Elder's kind... the last person to possess the powers of all 4 elements... and now that she's grown up the quest is that these four characters are assigned to her as guardians. They have to escort her from the school to a secret hidden island somewhere and protect her from the big bad guy because there was supposedly a prophecy which foretold that an Elder would be the one to kill this evil dude which is why he tried killing them all in the first place... and he somehow finds out that there is one last Elder alive and he's trying to kill her now... and something... stuff.... blah!!!

Confusing I know... this definitely needs a lot of work... I only have the names of the characters, the mythical creatures each one transforms into and a list of fantasy places... oh well!

Novel # 3: Young Adult Love Story

Title: Cursed

Surprisingly, this is the story for which I have a detailed, structured outline of the plot. It has nothing whatsoever to do with vampires, but its got the same idea of a human falling for a non-human, in this story its a gypsy witch. Take a look.

Outline:

"For the past 1000 years, the Knight family has been cursed with the punishment of Death at the hands of the Gypsy coven of Lorensica for the sin that was committed a long, long time ago. Each son of the ill-fated family has been able to give birth to an heir, always a boy, before meeting his inevitable death. Never before have whispers of a way to break the curse been heard... until now.

Young and enchanting Aleisha Moretti appears to everyone as a normal 20 year old girl, but what no one knows is that she is no ordinary girl; she is in fact, a Gypsy witch. Her family is one of the most powerful amongst all the covens with a destiny like no other; Aleisha is the direct descendant of the Gypsy Queen, Selene Moretti who was murdered by Lord Nicolas Knight and had placed the curse on his family with her dying breath. It is now Aleisha's turn to fulfill her destiny - kill the present Knight heir.

But in an unexpected dark twist of fate, Aleisha falls in love with the mysterious Darien Knight, without knowing what she is destined for; her love is forbidden for she cannot love a mortal man and certainly not one who bears the curse of her coven. What will Darien do when he finds out that the woman he loves is the one meant to kill him? Will Aleisha follow in her ancestor's footsteps and fulfill her destiny? Or can Darien and Aleisha find a way to break the curse before its too late? Or is their love doomed to end before it even begins?"

Based on my new poll that i created a while ago, I've developed 3 new story ideas which will be more directed towards a younger audience than my previous ones... i seem to have discovered that Children's Books are the way to go for me at the moment! I will not reveal too much about these stories but just their temporary titles and hopefully in a few years they'll be in actual bookstores to read!

As for the 3rd idea that I have come up with... so far all i can say is that Novel #8 is going to deal with Fairies in well maybe a series... its still too early to have even thought of an idea yet but i'll keep updating the forum every few months!!

Novel #9 is an idea that I've come up with only recently thanks to Jezzi's wonderful help!!! Its going to be another Children's Book but perhaps one that'll be for even younger kids to read than compared to the above 3 stories... maybe picture books? Anyway, the temporary title for this new series would be - Ninja Kitty Tales and it should be fun when I reveal a little bit more of the story eventually!!!
