2nd best show ever first being death note

FMA is one of the most anime ever! between the 03 series and Brotherhood it was amazing! It really played with my emotions especially the Brotherhood episodes!..but there are so many amazing character..good and "bad"..Ed is probably the best protagonist I've ever seen in an anime he knows the difference between right and wrong and he really cares for everyone around him (including his brother,Winry..close friends such as Lieutenant Colonel Hughes etc.). So FMA gets an easy five from me!

Lol how about 100 stars? It's diffenetly the greatest manga and anime ever written.

i hate fma even though i haven't seen it. it just doesn't appeal to me...

Im just being fair here. usually I don't like popular anime like Naruto or Bleach but FMA is on a whole other level. no matter who did it must be genuis, every episode was perfect, and the story was too

I love FMA :) it's more realistic than most mainstream anime. In most mainstream anime theres basically no plot, hundreds of fillers, and the protagnists ALWAYS WIN THE FIGHT. Fma is different sometimes they win sometimes they lose not just win after win after win, plus it acctually has a decent plot. The characters in FMA are not trying to be the 'best' like most other mainstream.

Meh.

I would give a much higher rating to Brotherhood but just the first series I thought wasn't great.
