Hmm... cute characters... Well, K-ON! and Lucky ngôi sao are the first ones that come to mind, but neither of them are very supernatural. Kanon is a harem and the main girls are really cute-looking, but I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for. It has quite a few Supernatural moments though, especially during the Makoto, Mai, and Ayu arcs. AHA! Tokyo Mew Mew! That may be exactly what you're looking for!
