There really are tons of comedy/shojo anime (those categories are always perfect for each other aha), so I suggest going down a danh sách like this of 2013's Summer shows link Just see the previews on any that interest bạn :)

Blood Lad is very funny, but you're right in suspecting it's not a shojo. Definitely a Shounen.
If bạn like shoujo with a bunch of guys diễn xuất silly, bạn could try Cuticle Detective Inaba. I only watched the first episode, because it's not my kind of hiển thị (but could tell it was funny and would have watched it if I didn't have a million other things to watch), but maybe someone else who likes that kind of hiển thị can say if its any good hoặc not.
Oh sorry I couldn't help then lol. Every season I keep my eyes out for good shojo anime (my fav genre lol) but honestly these were the only ones i thought were good.
