You know people, in real world about not everybody is a player. And thus Sansa is not player, Arya is not player, Rickon is not player, Bran is not player and many many other people are not players either. It would be sooo bloody damn annoying and tiring and irrealistic and stupid if everybody was a player. Give it a rest.
Poor Quentyn indeed. I really hated him, but burning alive... yeah... that's tough. Jaime and Tyrion... real-rape/fake-rape/real-rape/fake-rape... I'm so bored, just DECIDE what happened to Tysha. I wasn't fan of Theon after he became Reek either. Isn't it a little morbid to start liking somebody because got into a state like Reek? Like... I wasn't fan of Smeagol until he lost his teeth, started eating raw fish, lost his mind, became and animal, started eating people and orcs, but after all this, he IS da man. Please.
I can't see a reason for anybody to hate Rhaegar Targaryen, but maybe that's because I just love him, though there is no rational basis for loving him either. Well, love and hate are irrational stuff. Still, don't hate Rhaegar and Khal Drogo.

But I actually think Arya will end up having to kill one of the important characters - perhaps Danaerys??
