And so we now come to 2017. We started the năm with a night at a videoke bar where we sang some Beatles songs. Then, on February, my mother and I went back to Thailand for a Valentine's ngày trip. We would eventually go back there for a longer stay in July. Towards the end of March, my grandmother was rushed to the hospital after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke. She passed away the following morning, and my mother burst into tears when she told me about it. My grandmother had been in poor health for the past few years of her life. The two of us were quite close, especially since she carried me often while I was a baby. When I told Edward about the sad news, he gave me a big hug while I sobbed, and he supported me throughout the grieving process. Rebecca did the same. During the burial, my mother gave a very touching eulogy, and I left a hoa on hàng đầu, đầu trang of the casket before it was lowered into the grave. A few days later, I thanked Edward and Rebecca for all their support for me and my family. Both of their grandmothers passed away in this year, too, and I also supported them while they grieved. On the first anniversary of me and Edward's meeting, he told me, "It's amazing how we've been Những người bạn for a year, yet I feel as if I've known bạn my whole life." I became speechless and replied, "That's the sweetest thing you've ever đã đưa ý kiến to me." I then cried tears of joy, and he gave me another loving hug. I felt overjoyed because of the fact that I finally found true Những người bạn in him and Rebecca. On December, me and my mother traveled back to New York after eleven years. It was another fantastic trip, and I had an exciting birthday there. As the năm came to a close, I told Rebecca, "I tình yêu bạn more." She replied, "I tình yêu bạn most." I told the same to Edward, too. His reply was, "I tình yêu bạn thêm than bạn will ever know, Willow." Their responses both made me so happy and delighted. Plus, my mother was very glad that I made great Những người bạn at last. I welcomed 2018 with optimism and excitement. I'm looking foward to whatever trips we will have for this year. Despite some challenges hoặc problems we might face. I know that I'll be able to overcome them, especially with my close Những người bạn bởi my side.

For most of the duration of 2015, my mother and I went on field trips and attended cultural seminars. In June of this year, we visited Vancouver, Canada. We stayed at the Gage Residences, which is located in the trường đại học of British Columbia. We explored the campus and city, visited a friend, and even rode the skytrain right up to the last stop. It was yet another fun trip for us. We also went back to Cebu in September. As a pre-birthday treat, my mother bought me tickets to see Rick Astley in buổi hòa nhạc when he visited my country. He's my yêu thích singer from the 80's. We had a blast during the concert, and my mother would scream, "Go Rick!" as he goofed around and joked onstage. This buổi hòa nhạc made her reminisce about her youth, too. After the concert, we traveled back to Singapore on my birthday, where she attended a Teaching of English as a một giây Language seminar. We also continued our celebration there.

This is an bài viết for my special friend, 80smusiclover1 (Kelly). This was a request specifically from her, so here it is.
bạn are a wonderful friend, and I am glad that we met. From the time we met, bạn have accepted me for who I am. bạn never judged me for any of my quirks. bạn have always been very kind. You've always shown concern for me and for my friends. If that's not what friendship is all about, then what is it about? I think bạn are a great example of what a friend should be. I count myself fortunate to have bạn as my friend. I know that sometimes the clouds get dark, but there is always a silver lining somewhere. If bạn cannot see it, I'll be there to point it out to you. bạn will never be alone. I am here for you, no matter what. You've always been here for me. Thank bạn for being here, and thank bạn for being you.
